Link Apartments® H Street requires all residents to obtain renter's insurance for a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage and list our community as an additional interested party.  We must have a copy of your declaration page or acord prior to move-in.  Ask us about our partner, ePremium, for all your renter's insurance needs!

Our Link Apartments® Team is dedicated to ensuring your move-in is smooth and stress free! Part of that process is making your home fresh & move-in ready by hiring our professional cleaners to sparkle and clean every inch, and our Link Apartments® Service Team performs our  Link Apartments® quality control checklist. Plus, our on-site Leasing Team is available 7 days a week to help with any questions or concerns you may have!

Our community offers a gated parking garage. The monthly fee is $350 for standard parking and $400 for EV parking. Contact our office for more details about our limited availability and alternative parking options.

Just outside our property is a stop for the DC Streetcar, providing easy access to Union Station and everything on the H Street Corridor. There are also numerous bus lines with stops along Benning Road providing access to all things DC. A Capital Bikeshare charging station is only a block away from our property and there are often electric scooters available in the area. 

Every apartment includes an energy-efficient washer + dryer!

We love to see your Link Style!  You can decorate your home with paint*, curtains, and artwork. Reach out to our office if you'd like to further discuss any of your décor ideas! 

*We ask that the apartment be painted back to its original color before move out.  Charges will apply if the original paint is not restored at move out. 

Submit regular service requests 24/7 on the Link Apartments® App or your online resident portal!  For the fastest response to emergency after-hours maintenance requests, please call us at 202.871.6393.  Your Link Apartments® home is our priority.  We expect to complete all requests within 24-hours and will let you know if that is not possible!

Emergency maintenance is available 24/7. For emergency requests, please call 202.871.6393 and follow the menu prompts to reach our service team.  All other maintenance requests can be submitted through our Link Apartments® App


Easily pay rent with an eCheck, Debit or Credit Card on the Link Apartments® App or resident portal!  The portal is open for online payments  the 1st - 5th of every month.

Our income requirements are 2.5 times the monthly rent.  We also run a credit, criminal, civil court, and rental history background check.  Please contact the office for a detailed list of our residential criteria.
