Inside the Building and the Neighborhood

Rooftop and Shared Spaces

Photos of the rooftop level show the saltwater pool, sundeck, and adjoining terrace with its grilling stations and skyline views. The rooftop clubhouse appears with its event kitchen and fireplace, giving a sense of scale that's hard to convey in a floor plan. Ground-floor shots cover the lobby, lounge, and resident coffee bar, along with the co-work lounge and courtyard. Together, the images show how much of daily life at the building happens outside a resident's own four walls.

Apartment Interiors

Interior photos show the plank flooring, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances included in every home, along with the high-gloss two-toned cabinetry in the kitchen. Select units appear with a kitchen island, floor-to-ceiling windows, or a private balcony, giving prospective residents a sense of which upgrades come with which layout. Bathroom shots highlight the granite counters carried through from the kitchen. The consistency across units makes it easier to compare a studio's finishes against a two-bedroom's.

The H Street Corridor

A few exterior shots place the building on H Street itself, within walking distance of Toki Underground, Granville Moore's, and the Atlas Performing Arts Center. Bus stops appear near the building's entrance, a reminder of how easily residents get around without a car. The photos give a sense of the corridor's mix of restored rowhouses and newer construction. It's a neighborhood that reads differently in photos than it does on a map.
